We are Scott and Pat Wilgocki. We have been making great BBQ for more than 15 years and finally decided to open our own food truck business. We put our heart, soul and love into each meal we provide. Over the years Scott has created his own unique rubs and sauces. Pat has created her own coleslaw dressing, and Scott uses his Grandmothers potato salad recipe, all made from scratch. We strive to provide you the BEST BBQ possible.

Dry rubbed then slow smoked until rendered and juicy. Hand pulled to remove as much "unwanted" parts as possible.
Bone-in, skin on to provide as moist a bite as possible. Dry rubbed then slow smoked to perfection. And these are BIG chickens. Each breast is close to or larger than a 1lb.

Slow smoked for 2.5 hours, then finished off over high heat to set the skin just right. This is the only way to eat a brat.
We trim as much fat off our brisket as possible, then we dry rub with Gocki's unique rub, slow smoke until tender and juicy. Melt in your mouth goodness.

Hand made small batch. Real KY bourbon goes into each batch. Nice kick, but makes you want to come back for more.
Original Kickin' Whiskey sauce only I have added pureed Chipotle peppers in adobo sauce for an added kick.
For those who do not want any heat at all this is your sauce, we have created a smooth sweet BBQ sauce. This sauce has all the flavor, just not the heat.
I have to give credit to "Big Bob Gibson" for this recipe. This sauce is the BOMB on chicken. He perfected it, we just serve it. (we do not sell this because of a VERY short shelf life, sorry)
It is finally perfected. Our newest sauce is finally ready for the masses. We have taken our "original" Kickin Whiskey sauce to a whole new level. For those of you who would like just that much more heat to your bite, please enjoy our new Kickin Whiskey Sriracha sauce.
